Delete your TICK account

From the app

Account tab → Delete my account, then confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Without the app

Write to raissouni.yahya@yahoo.com from your account's email address asking for deletion. We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (email and hashed password).
• Your watchlist, your positions (typed by hand and imported), your price alerts and your notification setting.
• The record of your acceptance of the terms (date and versions).
• Your broker connection: read access is revoked at SnapTrade.
• Your phone's notification token.

Server logs (IP addresses) are erased automatically after 30 days. Public news in the feed is not personal information and stays.
